[oXygen-user] Customizing what element is inserted when a user presses Enter within

Is it possible to configure oXygen to do the following: DITA user adds a <menucascade> element. With the cursor within the <uicontrol> element, the users presses Enter. RESULT: Another <uicontrol> element is inserted.
