Folks, since I installed a fresh Windows 7 in a SanDisk 256GB SSD last
weekend my machine has developed an irritating disease: It locks up when
restarted
I had the same issue with my OCZ MAX IOPS. Upgraded the BIOS on the drive
itself with their self booting USB stick thingo - fixed the issue for me.

Now you mention it, I've got an OCZ SSD I put into an external enclosure[1]
that periodically forgets its there. Maybe I'll hunt up a BIOS.
