I forget which of Microsoft's APIs allows for that. There are a couple of open source projects that need to be updated pertaining to this, and one of these days, I'd definitely like to take that on. Can someone remind me which API is possibly being used? I know that it's extensible, or else I wouldn't have seen what does exist out there, no matter how out-of-date.
