I have used Tramadol also and found it really knocked me out.  I had orthopedic surgery and took one dose in the morning and didn't wake up untill the afternoon only 1 day after the opperation.  I didn't use it again I changed to brufen myself and chucked the Tramadol out. Yolande - O
