I do not believe there is any more risk involved with a 4th C/S. Possibly uterine inertia, but a synto drip would help there. My niece has had 4 C/S, no probs. As for making up formula, where ever I have worked it has been routine to teach mum and dad Maureen -Original Message- From:

Please correct me if I am wrong but women who birth in birth centres in Australia can use both pethidine and etonox can't they? If so, this is a big difference between them and their namesakes (alternative birthing centers and free standing birth centers) in the USA where 1. etonox is just never us
