Just some interesting articles from the RANZCOG site about home birth
and the such. The thing that I find amazing is that recently the
article promoting induction at 39 weeks as the best thing to do got
nationla TV coveragebut these articleswell not even a sniff!
Just a quick question...a vbac mum with her fifth baby (to be 4th vag
birth) is concerned she is 40+3 and babe is still high (according to her
OB). Is there anything she can do to bring baby down? As a vbac you
start to fret about things like this especially when you have someone
sharpening

It is true that babes of multips often don't engage until labor. However
I have found that a babe who does not come into the brim at all before
labor often turns out to have associating factors that may lead to
cesarean section i.e. deflexed head, very large birthweight etc. All you
can do

Dear Sally, I am an independant midwife in Melbourne. could you please
contact me [EMAIL PROTECTED] I have a friend of a friend who is in
need of a professional further opinion in regards to a transverse baby and
apparently a LUSCS is definitely needed (according to her OB) because the
