My GOODNESS!!! All in the name of research…..I definitely wouldn't be letting my newborn have a MRI scan! I wonder if the parents were paid (and if so..how much) to allow their newborn to take part? Interesting to see if there is an increase in cancers for this research group in years to come.

Hi Alice, http://ccli.org/nfp/contraception/pill.php was one place I found with references for further study - am too tired to dig further. I did find that blood clots in the veins are related to the oestrogen in the pill. Use of the pill is linked to blood clots forming which in some rare cases
