I probably can't help you much here, but I had to share! Rhea Dempsey (www.birthingwisdom.com.au) has a trademark 'catchphrase' that sums it up all so well and I know many other midwives love it too. It's not specific to transition and can happen anytime in birth (but usually in transition!). She
