I've put together a web cast that outlines the use of TFS2008 with Team Build to validate code with SPDisposeCheck, stamp the assemblies with build number and build the WSP with WSPBuilder. The administrators can then grab the wsp's and install scripts from the build server drops folder and deploy them to an environment, safe in the knowledge that it's all been built from what's in source control.
