Some of the errors were that the manager sync couldn't connect to the SQL Server, then it was throwing the hostid not found errors. Now on prod when provisioning the user profile sync app, it doesn't create the ProfileSetupSyncJob (or whatever the name is) as it isn't created and no error is th
