Subject: [EXTERNAL]InfoPath 2013 - Creating a Submit connection to a SP List

Hi

I am working with InfoPath 2013, and attempting to join a number of list forms
into a single InfoPath form.

Opening up InfoPath you can select a SharePoint List form template that creates
a Submit/Retrieve data connection.
[cid:image001.png@01CE6839.86689AF0]

But when I try to create one manually for the second list, I can only read from
a list, or write to a doc library.

Why can't I create a connection to write to a list without using the SharePoint
List template in InfoPath?

If I can't do that, is there a way to join two InfoPath forms (I.E. create an
InfoPath form for each list and then join them)?

Cheers

Marko
