Sadly not. There's no explicit Delete Subsites permission. The Create Subsites permission seems to be all inclusive despite its description. Your only saving grace in 2013 is that you can restore them from the recycling bin. Regards, Paul Noone SharePoint Farm Admin/Developer Infrastructure
