   ## What changes were proposed in this pull request?
   
   When exception throw in `context.execute(executorService, 
heartbeatFrequency, TimeUnit.MILLISECONDS)`, thread will not sleep and start 
another while loop immediately, it will cause cpu very high and huge log size.
