I think your 2nd node can't make quorum, there is some special config for 2
node cluster to allow nodes to make quorum with 1 vote..

Replacement seem to be keepalived, however it's not clear if it'll will
integrate well with pacemaker as it look to be handling clustering (VIP)
as well. Anyhow I'll check and see if I can reuse heartbeat-ldirectord from
fedora on centos 5
