[Pacemaker] Clone resource management

Hello, I have setup a clone filesystem resource involving 2 nodes. When one node (say Node_A) goes down it seems that both filesystem resources show as down for some reason. I need Node_B's filesystem resource running if Node_A goes down. I am guessing there may be something that I am not setting
