Update Information:

Vulkan-1.1.77.0 update.  Kronos have split the vulkan source code into 4
separate source code packages  1. vulkan-devel has been replaced by vulkan-
loader-devel and vulkan-headers. 2. vulkan has been replaced by vulkan-loader,
this doesn't install the layers.    If you require the layers you will need to
install vulkan-validation-layers.    vulkan-loader replaces vulkan-filesystem.
3. vulkan-demos has been replaced by vulkan-tools.

This update can be installed with the "dnf" update program. Use
su -c 'dnf upgrade --advisory FEDORA-2018-b048db87cd' at the command
