After updating (and tagging needed buildroot-overrides) the libYUI-stack on
el7, fc19 and fc20 scratch-builds are successful there, too.

Build fails on rawhide using graphviz{,-devel}-2.30.1-7.fc20, too. Same reason:
complains about missing cgraph.h, although it's available in grahpviz-devel:
