I guess in practice, that only affects the src.rpm, the binary subpkgs will
still require python(2|3)-* , so , not a big deal

I cleaned up the lldb stuff, but the headers in /usr/lib/swift/clang/include
are indeed necessary; they're used when importing a module (e.g. Glibc,
Foundation, Dispatch) into a Swift program.
