Eh, I'd rather keep it pointed at PyPI if we can. I filed a PR upstream to see
if they'll include the LICENSE file and tests in the next release:

You could switch the upstream source URL to pull from Github instead of PyPI --
that would solve the lack of license text and also missing tests.
