Built for rawhide:
https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/buildinfo?buildID=1460201

Though because Igor updated hyper + reqwest to the latest versions without
introducing compat packages for the old versions, this package won't be needed
until somebody packages hyper0.12 again, I guess :/

Thanks! Once we need newer futures-timer versions, I can move 0.1.1 to a
futures-timer0.1 compat package.

I guess we can wait until the new version is needed to bother with a compat
package, since you need this version now.

- Latest version is NOT packaged -- the older version is needed as a dependency
- License is correct
- Package builds on rawhide
- Built packages install on rawhide
- Standard rust package

Package approved.

That was my original plan. However, the last version of futures-timer that was
packaged for fedora was also 0.1.1 before it was retired, so I decided to match
the original package name (unless Igor wants to unretire the package himself
and update it to 0.3.1 instead, then I'd do the compat package).

The current version of futures-timer is 3.0.1:
https://crates.io/crates/futures-timer

If you need the older 0.1.x as a dependency, shouldn't we add that as a compat
package, rust-futures-timer0.1?

Bumped release to make it higher than what was last available from rawhide, and
include the old changelog.
