I am using the packer templates from mwrock at

couple of months. I recently updated to packer 0.12.0 and the latest
VirtualBox and now packer is hanging after it gets access through winrm.

FYI, using a post_shutdown_delay which was added as a result of
https://github.com/mitchellh/packer/issues/2401 of 5 minutes fixed this
issue. I am going to experiment to see minimum time needed on my machine
but the default is 30 seconds. I remember this now from previous tries and
