Hi;

/etc/init.d/NetworkManager stop
/sbin/chkconfig NetworkManager off

also in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ethX ( where X is the Network
Interface ) adjust NM_CONTROLLED to “no”.
