The Inverse Team is pleased to announce the immediate availability of the first version of
PacketFence for Debian squeeze.

To install it, you simply have to add the Inverse repository under /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ by adding the file "packetfence.list" containing:

deb http://inverse.ca/downloads/PacketFence/debian squeeze squeeze

Then do:

sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-key 0x810273C4
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install packetfence

once apt-get finished to install all the packages, you must execute /usr/local/pf/installer.pl and follow the instructions.

Documentation about the installation and configuration of PacketFence is
available from:

http://www.packetfence.org/documentation/

Be careful, if you use FreeRADIUS, the configuration directory under Debian is /etc/freeradius.

Regards,
