Check the QUEUE status in the GUI. You may well see that the dhcplistener is backing up. You can end up with such a big delay between the user getting an IP address via DHCP and the DHCPlistener process creating the NODE entry in the database that the users browser tries to connect to the

Hi All, We're having some intermittent issues with the captive portal on our PacketFence installation (6.2.1). We're intermittently getting the "Your computer was not found in the Packetfence database" when machines are placed in the Registration vlan and redirected to the captive portal.
