Hello Everyone,

We are using Packetfence v8.10.

We have a problem with the Lost or Stolen Violation. We are using the default
configuration for the violation (which does not show up in violations.conf).
When we manually trigger the violation for the device from the management
console, it works as advertised: The device is put into the isolation vlan, and
emails are sent to both the user and to the administrator.

When a user triggers the violation through the device status page, it almost
works. It puts the device in the proper vlan, and sends an email to the user,
but does not send an email to the administrator.

It then gives the following error on the user's status page: Caught exception
in captiveportal::Controller::LostStolen->index "Timeout reached at
/usr/local/pf/lib/captiveportal.pm line 55."

We get the following in the Violations.log:

2018-08-17 15:52:32: Lost or Stolen (1300005) detected on node
00:24:d7:9e:94:90 (63.135.46.37)

Let me know if there is anything else that may be helpful.

Regards,
