I tried regexp with same result, condition is not matched.
pftest get authentication succed for sponsor auth but i can just set id and
pw, not email where i set condition on, so role is guest one.
Any other hint? Seems rule with condition is not considered in sponsor,

can you try pftest to see if it match the rule ?
Also can you try user_email matches regexp *.domain.com ?

in your authentication rule do you match a guest "Role", that you must have
created beforehand.
As for the domain match, you can try putting them in the sponsor
authentication source, section "Comma-separated list of Allowed Domains"
