That worked. However, I am only able to select one source at a time. Is there
a way to select both? I tried going to profiles.conf and adding it there, but
that didn't seem to work. I added:
sources=sms,email

You should be able to add multiple from the GUI using the ‘+’ sign on the right.
Otherwise, if you add it in the flat file (as you did) you need to tell
PacketFence that configuration changed
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd configreload hard
