I'm actually trying to get VLANs working for the first time at one of our
sites. Right now I thought I'd start small and just do two Inline VLANs.
The problem is that while one of the VLANs seems to be working fine, the
other doesn't seem to work at all. As you can see in the config

Ok, I've been banging my head on this for a while. For some reason, devices
(both new and ones I've unregistered for testing) do not get assigned a
category any more. This is killing me!

I digged a little more and saw that you where referring to apache.pm in
lib/services so I edited the file with your comments restarted the server and
now I don't get any permission issues with sponsor logins. Hope they fix this

In previous versions of PF, you could add and register a node via the web GUI,
is this still possible in version 4.0.3? Is the only way to do it now via the
pfcmd interface?

Ok mates,
just added a new interface ( eth1) on my PF server, and put it as
registration interface so it can be as dhcp server. However I had to
manually setup the gateway on the ifcfg-eth1.
However, now in the captive-portal, cant see the Register button...,
What Im missing?

Thanks for the reply and info. The sequence you gave started all PF processes.
The very beginning of the PF startup gave a few VMware WARNINGs, and 1 FATAL.
