Now httpd.dispatcher starts. Really trying hard to understand what
happened, because I did nothing except that I later ran this command->
/usr/local/pf/bin/pfcmd pfconfig show config::Pf
Would appreciate some explanation to prevent future occurence.

it looks that it's an issue with proxypassthrough configuration.
Check if this command return the correct config for
fencing.proxy_passthroughs
