Hi folks, I am trying to get our PF system migrated over to v9 but I am unable to get the system to display our branded and customized parking portal page. It works perfectly on our v6.5 server and I have the same config in v9 but for some reason when I ‘park’ a device the device is getting the default parking portal page (html/parking/index.html) and not the more friendly explanatory page that I should be getting from our Connection Profile page template.
pf.conf [parking] show_parking_portal=disabled security-events.conf [1300003] trigger=internal::parking_detected window=dynamic access_duration=12h template=parked button_text=Click to go to the registration page html/captive-portal/profile-templates/default/security_events/parked.html <div class="u-padding"> <div class="o-layout--center"> <h4>This unregistered device has been parked.</h4> </div> <div class="o-layout o-layout--center u-padding o-layout__item u-1/1"> <div class="o-layout__item u-1/1 u-2/3@tablet"> <div class="u-padding-vertical-small"> <p class="o-media__body">'Parking' happens when your device connects to the network but you did not respond to the registration process within 10 minutes.<br> Please click on the button below to continue to the Registration Portal. </p> </div> </div> </div> Why is my device showing the default page generated by ..html/parking/index.html (Does not even change the button text either) instead of from my portal profile pages based on the template file ‘parked.html’ Any ideas?
