[packman] bug in package libgmerlin-avdecoder-devel (openSUSE tumbleweed/12.1 on x86_64)?

hi *! first of all, thanks for providing a great service to the linux community. i can't say how grateful i am to not have to build mplayer and friends from source :) here's a small snag i hit: when i try to install libgmerlin-avdecoder-devel, i get the following hiccup from the solver:
