There was a jack segfault bug after LTO was enabled in Tumbleweed, I've fixed this but because jack is a major library it takes longer than usual to be accepted into Factory. Meanwhile you can use jack from: https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/plater/Tumbleweed Make sure to update
