The latest version requires Qt 5.11 though, and Leap 15.0/15.1 only have 5.9.
The latest kdenlive version is available for Leap 15.1 too in the additional KDE:Applications repo though. But for this you also need KDE:Qt5 and KDE:Frameworks5 for the latest Qt and KDE Frameworks/Plasma packages. See https://en.opensuse.org/SDB:KDE_repositories . OTOH, Leap 15.2 (currently in development, but should be usable already) currently has kdenlive 19.12.1 as well, it will ship with 19.12.3.
