[packman] duplicate packages to remove from PMBS because they are in OBS

There are some applications in PMBS which are also available from OBS. While some do require ffmpeg/etc for building, others are just still in PMBS for historical reasons. Examples are Extras/kim, Extras/freeswitch Any objection to remove such packages or enable them only for SLE/Evergreen?
