This looks like a bug in obs-studio. It already links to ffmpeg, so it should
use libx264 through ffmpeg instead of calling it directly. Talk to upstream to
get this bug fixed.

Current package of Tumbleweed obs-studio requires libx264-155, which is not
available in your Tumbleweed repository.It seems Leap obs-studio is updated for
159 yesterday but Tumbleweed obs-studio isn't yet.Installing Leap libx264-155
rpm manually fixed this but I'd like to have a better
