I think yes. With 13.1 and gnome.ymp these packages are not
automatically installed for me:
gstreamer-plugins-bad 1.2.1
gstreamer-plugins-libav 1.2.0

1. remove libxine2-codecs, it's optional now.
libxine2 is used by Kaffeine - the default video player on KDE installations.
