[packman] 165 packages to reinstall after installing 4 Packman packages

sudo zypper dup wants to install 2 new packages and upgrade and change vendor of 10, which is OK, but i also wants to reinstall 165 packages after I have installed these multimedia plugins from Packman: sudo zypper install --from packman gstreamer-0_10-plugins-bad \ gstreamer-0_10-plugins-ugly
