AFAIR multimedia:libs/lv2 replaced slv2 but that was around 2012,
don't know what happened to the Packman one. There shouldn't be
anything building against it, I introduced it to openSUSE
multimedia:libs.

whatever happened to the slv2 package?

I have this installed on my system:
