I was trying to find my way around WxPerl and i encountered a question, which i
am not aware of.
For testing perl software, I've installed a couple of versions of Perl in
separate sub directories under home dir(Cpan Perl5.18.1 and CitrusPerl5.16.3) ,
and tried to leave the system provided
