I found a way to do what I wanted.
The problem was that I trusted the documentation blindly,
the docs said about the function 'FrmNewFrm' where it says
the valid values for the 'Coord height' is between 1-160,
howrever the valid values are 1-240 for Palm OS Garnet 5.4.9

inside which stands for some thing else.
