Error #773 in Emulator?

Hi all... COuld someone please point me to where I might find out why I can't upload my M110 ROMs to the Emulator? I get an Error # 773 on the palm screen. Oh, and if I click on the button on the Emulator itself to ask it to upload it reports that there is already another app running... and all
