I found your message on the net regarding problems developing a Chinese prc. I am having a similar problem.
I have a created a prc file which contains only resource files of my application. I need to create a chinese version of these resources.
When I use Constructor 1.9 and Select PRC Text Encoding as (Chinese Simplied) and copy and paste chinese text into forms.
All I see are ???s.
Are you using the Windows or Mac version? If Windows, what platform (XP, 2000, etc)?
I just tried this on Mac OS X 10.3 with Constructor 1.9.1X (from the CodeWarrior 8.3 package) and it worked fine.
