"projecting" a Palm application

I've got to demonstrate a Palm application to a group of about 30 people. I was wondering what is the best way of "projecting" an application to a screen? Is using POSE with a PC and then projecting the best approach, or is there other software that is typically used for demos? Thanks, Owen
