Here are a few minor issues installing paraview 3.12 on os x 10.7. The
installed app and libraries still work fine
1) Not sure what this one means but the directory is there, though it has a
space in the path

I have a problem with Ensight files created by OpenFOAM.
Paraview crashs as soon as I try to create a slice directly after
loading the file... but only for version 3.10 and 3.12, but it
works for 3.8.
