The list returned by vtkSMReaderFactory::GetReaders() is list of
3-tuples, hence the check for 3.

Qt/ApplicationComponents/pqLoadDataReaction.cxx I noticed in
pqLoadDataReaction::DetermineFileReader() Ln 187, pqSelectReaderDialog
is shown only when there are more then 3
