· This position is responsible for the planning, development,

· Knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems to

*Job Requirement *

· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or
Equivalent working experience

· Experience with data reporting, data mining, presentation and
documentation of analytical methods related to healthcare data;

· Experience with financial dashboards.

· Experience consulting with management, business customers and
systems analysis personnel to clarify program intent, identify problems,
suggest
changes, and determine extent of programming and coding required.

· 4 years of information technology experience working on mainframe
systems.

· 4 years of experience with relational database technology.

· 4 years of experience in a job requiring analysis with healthcare
information data analysis.

· 4 years of experience with SQL, Access, APL or other relational
database systems tools.

· 4 years of experience in system development and programming.

· Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.

· Planning and organization skills needed

· Teamwork and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency using Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
