Design the requirements in tandem with the existing architecture of the project for optimal solution apart from developing the low level and high level design artifacts. Development of the solution using the existing frameworks and technologies with mandatory checkpoints of quality standards. Also proposing tools to improve the quality and performance of the application. Testing of application by developing Unit/Integration test cases using various standard frameworks following Test Driven Development. Involving in design and code reviews of all the team members to ensure code quality is met, ensuring the mandated level of code coverage is achieved.
