*REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:  *

•           TIBCO Business works 5.x, Tibco EMS, Oracle SQL , PL/SQL, EDI
X12 Knowledge for HealthCare (HIPPA) Transactions

•           Tools: FileZilla, Putty Tool ,  TOAD SQL

•           Operating Systems : Windows and LinuxGood to know EDIFACTS

•           Must have at least 5 years of experience in designing,
developing and supporting integrations using TIBCO BW 5.x, TIBCO for EDI
transactions.

•           Must have experience in developing and supporting EDI X12
Healthcare Transactions (EDI X12 HIPPA Transactions: 835,834,837 & Real
time Transactions).

•           Must have experience in understanding SQL queries, SQL
procedures.

•           Must have ability to understanding existing integration
architecture, understand the existing TIBCO integrations code and provide
production support.

•           Must have experience working in production support environment.

•           Must have ITIL based experience and be able to handle
incidents, Problem requests and IT requests and provide support and work
for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.

•           Must have the ability to understand production issues provided
in business terminology and be able to map to technical TIBCO integrations,
provide root cause of the issues and work around and permanent solutions.



*JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *

Must be ready to work in roaster based support model and provide Primary
support on the required days/weeks.

Ready to work in off-hours and weekends for providing support for Priority
1 (emergency) production issues.

Must be able to analyze the enhancement requests and design and develop the
required changes for TIBCO integrations.

Must be able to provide improvements and automate the manual tasks by
utilizing and sharing industry expertise (e.g., healthcare, IT, etc.) and
implementing industry best practices.



*Soft skills:*

Must have very good written, verbal and presentation communication skills
and English speaking skills.

Ability to coordinate with application teams, clients, account teams and be
able to clearly explain the problem, solution and provide status updates.

Be able to work with other team members as a team and represent the team in
professional manner.

Must have the ability to learn on the job and show interest in learning new
technologies that are required in the project.
