Others call it a united front and others call it a  merger but even if the deal 
was to succeed, this could not result into any form of revolution as other may 
put it. The PAC bid a farewell to revolution in the aftermath of 1994 political 
settlement. Any party needs a revolutionary leadership to wage revolution, you 
can stage a revolution with leaders sleeping in offices and use 
political-bankrupt members as tools for their personal gains. I want to 
reiterate that the PAC can wage revolution on its own without pacts provided 
members elect leaders who would be willing to promote the profile of the party. 
Let us accept, the party never had any sound-leaders since 1994.
