l would like to agree with you on leadership continuity but unfortunately bear
in mind that the PAC currently has no leadership deserving a second chance.
They don't even derseve to lead a branch. What else do you need after a
catastrophic elections on the side of the PAC.
There are differing opinions on a circulating discussion document aimed at
resolving ongoing dilemma in the PAC. I would agree with those who are
concerned about a number of documents being written without any progress or
